CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Since then it has evolved to be an all inclusive fitness program for people of any athletic capability. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our armed forces, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

RC3 offers a FREE 3-day On-Ramp program that is designed to teach the foundational movements of CrossFit to the new athlete in a safe, small group setting. These classes are limited to five participants ensuring that each athlete receives significant personal attention.
In order to register for the On-Ramp program, the new athlete will meet with one of our senior coaches for a one-on-one intake session to discuss athletic background, injuries or physical limitations, goals and CrossFit program overview.
In short, yes, CrossFit can be dangerous. But not in the ways you might believe. With improper coaching, unkempt equipment and a misguided attitude, CrossFit can be very dangerous – but so can riding your bike or driving your car. The experienced and proven CrossFit coaches you’ll find at RC3 will ensure that you’re training in the safest most effective and efficient way possible.
A WOD is the workout of the day. We program a different WOD everyday.
