This is your Workout of the DAY!
The WOD follows the constantly varied, functional movement, high intensity programming of CrossFit. The WOD will always provide scaling options for all levels of athletes; RX, Competition, Performance and Fitness. Your coach will ensure that you are using the correct scaling option for your workout.
